Organic, tri-colored carrots showed up at local grocery stores in June, so I brought some home to try on the grill. We haven't grilled carrots before, but we got together with some friends, Irma and Fernando, in May and the carrots they grilled were delicious. These turned out so well we are adding carrots to our standard grilling repertoire.
An article I wrote about vegetarian grilling will be in the July/August 2009 issue of Greenability magazine, which should be at the newstand in the next few weeks.
